How long does it take an order to arrive to me?
Production time for sublimated products may take 3-5 weeks. This means that we work Monday through Friday when it comes to producing products.

Other products usually have a production time of 2 weeks, though if ordered with sublimated products, they will be sent with the sublimated products after their finished production time.
What if I order the wrong size, or want to return my product?
We provide custom bespoke products and all products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of products, we cannot refund products. However if there are any faults within your product, please contact us and we will make sure to do our best to solve your problem and have your product remade if the fault is ours.
How long do designs/stores take to appear on the site?
We ask to give a week for designs, as our team has to collaborate with you to make sure you are completely happy with your designs, before your store goes live.
The sponsors on my jersey are wrong, what can you do?
Well as sponsors are always subject to change and are custom additions, we can't cover errors within sponsors on jerseys, as every jersey is custom made. Please ensure the sponsors you have on jerseys are correct if you wish to include them.
Can I cancel my order?
For Custom Products, We give a timeframe of 24hrs from order being placed to cancel any orders, after that time, our custom orders are placed into production and unfortunately cannot be refunded after this point. For Non Sublimated Products, A full refund is offered to the customer if they inform us within 14 days of receiving an item that they want to cancel. The customer has a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
Can I get a refund on my order?
We can only offer refunds on faulty products that arrive faulty, however we'll usually do our best to have the product replaced for you within a reasonable timeframe!
I no longer want my order/my team has switched companies. Can I get my money back?
If production has begun on a custom product, we unfortunately can't refund the product, and we still have a duty to fulfill all processed orders if a team happens to leave our services.
How should I wash my product?
Pro Products (Polyester) : Machine wash cold (30°c or lower), DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, Ironed on low heat. Regular Products (Cotton) : Washing instructions can be found on inner tags
