Once the order has completed the production period stated within the items description(s) and NextGen have Quality Checked the physical goods, we will aim to deliver your order between 1-5 working days.
This gives time for our shipping team to package and ship each product, as we deal with great volumes of products.
We offer two delivery options currently:
UK - Royal Mail 1st Class (1 working day)
Worldwide - Royal Mail Tracked (5-7 working days) or DHL Express (2-3 days)
ue to the nature of our work (Custom products to order) we can only accept returns of non-customised products in their original condition (not used/worn) within 10 working days from dispatch. Both parties will then decide if a refund is available or not.
Once we have received the product, we will inspect it for any of the following accepted defects:
- Names differ from those provided at order stage
- Missing graphic arts from the approved design
- Major print errors
- Damaged in transit (Photographic evidence of the package damaged prior to opening will be required in this instance)
Please note mockups are representations of the products and sponsor placements may be different if they collide with NextGen's placements of logos.
We do not accept returns / refunds for the following:
- Slight colour difference from the approved design (A colour on a monitor is not 100% accurate to what is printed)
- Minor white spots (Print error)
- Minor logo placement difference from the approved design
- Products not arriving in time for specific events due to delays caused by our delivery courier.
- Products not arriving in time for specific events when an order is not made with sufficient time (As agreed by both parties).
Where possible we will look to re-produce the product in question.
Please note in cases of sponsors being a conflict of interest (e.g another apparel company) , sponsors may not be able to be printed in the placements NextGen has informed the customer that our logo will be by our terms of service.
Refunds will be offered to the customer if we are informed within 14 days of receiving an item that they want to cancel. The customer has a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us. We do not cover shipping for returned items.

We aim to complete the production of every order within 28 working days after an order has been placed. However, in some circumstances when we have heavy workload or a big event coming up, this may increase. We will try our best to keep you informed as to the expected date of production completion so that you get a rough idea of when your order will be delivered.
Non Sublimated Products
Non-sublimated products take 2 weeks for production. These will be shipped promptly once made, unless ordered with sublimated products, to which they will them be sent alongside these products once production has ended.
We are not responsible for misspelled words that are sent in with your order, this also applies to any addresses that you provide to us.
Please note that all of our pro products are 100% sublimation and will not fade, crack, or peel.All of our products are made to order.
If you have any faults with your products, let us know and we'll do our best to have your product remade if the fault is our responsibility
Delivery period shown does not include the production time of your order. To see our estimated production times please read the other articles in the Production Times section, or check the description of the product you have ordered on the product page.
Orders placed for events after the production and delivery timeframe are at your own risk and may not be delivered in time.
Timeframes specified are estimated and not guaranteed so may take longer than expected and should be used only as a guideline.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Build Your Brand service is where you would go to choose the products you wish
to have designed for your store and place your order.
This is a one off payment
for the designs, of which
our design team will work on with you and get the store live once approved by
you spend is up to you as products are chosen individually to allow full
customisation of your store. We do offer bundles of designs, so if you're after a selection, you can choose a bundle instead!
